How it works
The steps
First step
Book a 15-minute call
Pick a time on the booking calendar. We talk about what you need, what has happened so far and any deadlines coming up. There is no obligation.
Business clients
Review where things stand
For business clients, a second meeting looks at your books and your last returns, so Adam understands what is working and where the gaps are.
Before any work starts
Get a quote and sign the engagement letter
You receive a quote and an engagement letter that spells out the work, the price and the timing. You sign it electronically in the client portal.
In the client portal
Upload documents and answer the organizer
Your portal shows a short questionnaire and a list of what to upload. You can do it from a computer or the mobile app, a little at a time.
Adam
Adam does the work and asks questions
Adam prepares your return or books and messages you in the portal if anything is unclear, so the questions and answers stay in one place.
In the client portal
Review, sign and pay
You review the finished work, sign any e-file authorization electronically and pay the invoice online. Copies stay in your portal for next year.
What the client portal does
When you become a client you receive an invitation to the portal by email. You can use it in a web browser or in the mobile app for iPhone and Android.
